About ME

  • I focus on aerodynamic performance and composite manufacturing for the Hornet Racing Formula SAE race car. My work involves designing, simulating, manufacturing, and validating composite aerodynamic components.

  • I lead the design, analysis, and manufacturing of aerodynamic components for the Hornet Racing Formula SAE vehicle.

    Key Contributions include:

    • Designed and manufactured HR25 Front Wing

    • CFD analysis using ANSYS Fluent and Autodesk CFD

    • Developed Arduino based data logging circuit for strain gauges on the HR25 front wing mounts

    • Utilized a variety of composite manufacturing techniques to construct aero kit

    • Currently developing the aerodynamic package for HR26

  • CAD: SolidWorks (CSWA), AutoCAD, Fusion360

    CFD: ANSYS Fluent, Autodesk CFD

    FEA: Solidworks FEA, Altair Inspire

    Programming: MATLAB, C++

    Productivity: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Bluebeam Revu

    Manufacturing: Composite Layup Techniques (Wet Layup, Vacuum Bagging, Foam Core), Mold Fabrication, 3D Printing, Manual Machining (Mill & Lathe), TIG Welding, Soldering
